By submitting this application, you are applying to become an authorized distributor for Motosync. Upon approval, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure:

As an authorized distributor, you are entitled to a fixed commission of 500 AED for every successful and verified sale of a Motosync platform package generated through your direct referral.

2. Qualifying Sales:

A sale is classified as "successful and verified" only when the referred client has signed the official service agreement, completed the onboarding process, and their initial payment has been received and cleared by Motosync in full.

3. Payout Terms:

Accrued commissions will be calculated at the end of each calendar month. Payments will be disbursed to the distributor's designated bank account within 15 days following the close of the month for all qualifying sales made in that period.

4. Professional Conduct & Brand Representation:

Distributors act as independent representatives and must conduct themselves ethically and professionally. You agree not to misrepresent Motosync’s features, make unauthorized guarantees, or alter official pricing without written consent from Motosync LLC.

5. Termination of Agreement:

Motosync reserves the right to suspend or terminate your distributor status and forfeit unpaid commissions if you are found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in spam marketing, or conducting fraudulent activities.
